Our family therapy uses a supportive, strengths-based approach and is offered within a spirit of respect and acceptance for the whole family. Evidence-based strategies are tailored to your family’s needs and structured to enhance relationship, promote positive change so all can heal move forward together.
Sometimes to find balance and move forward, a one-time meeting with a therapist can yield a targeted set of strategies to practice and guide your efforts in addressing issues on your own. Single sessions of up to 90 minutes may be useful for relatively specific goals and can help make the most of your time and energy.
We serve adults (25+), emerging adults (18-24), and adolescents (11-17).
