I also provide supervision for interns, post-graduates, and professionals and offer training in Functional Family Therapy (FFT), cognitive behavioral therapies, and addictions treatment.
I offer personalized, strengths-based psychological services for adolescents and adults, including cognitive behavioral therapies (eg CWD, ACT, ERP) for OCD, anxiety, trauma-related stress, depression, and addictive and disruptive behaviors. I also offer Functional Family Therapy, behavioral relationship therapy, and single-session therapy for brief issues.
Supervision for interns and post-graduate clinicians is strengths-based and includes a supervision agreement, training materials and resources, individual weekly in-person or virtual meetings, weekly review of recorded therapy sessions, observation-based feedback to enhance skills, and a focus on theory and ethical principles as applied to clinical work.
